Cityscape imagery tests.

T.M. Lewin asked us to recreate all their packaging as they had had some trouble with their last supplier apparently. We obligued and created a number of different variations and final designs before artworking all the variants, creating cutter guides etc. 

The design consisted of a 'CityScape' image of the London Skyline. We took the original image and resized retouched and cleaned it up before applying it to all the artworks. However the client's printers wanted to produce the bags using 2spot colours instead of the CMYK we had been instructed to originally produce.

This wasn't an issue we went about creating a number of tests for a DCS file using different blues and levels with the black etc to try to emulate as close as humanly possible the CMYK. This obviously took a couple of attempts to nail but in the long run meant that their would be a substantial saving in print costs for the client.
