Our agents &
why we use them!
We often use agents for the following reasons:
1. Clients tend to trust an agent to find them the right person for the brief. (our agents know our capabilities)
2. It's easier for the client to have one relationship with an agent. (agents will recommend us if we fit client needs)
3. It is easier for you the client to make one phone call & let the agent do the legwork. (you do not have time)
4. Agents call us on behalf of clients for bookings, saving us legwork. (saves us time)
5. Agents get paid to matchmake they are constantly looking for work to send our way. (that's their business)
But the choice is entirely yours.
Firstly let us be clear we do not use agents all the time, we are very flexible in how we work. As a potential client, you are more than welcome to come to us directly, in fact, it is our preferred method. However, we also are more than happy if you prefer to use one of our agents, or even one of your own if that makes you feel more secure in dealing with us as a new supplier.
Either way, you will find our hourly
rates are competitive, our service
professional, on budget & on time.
Please note that there are pros & cons for both ways of working, & also strict contractual rules apply in regards to using us directly if you have already booked us through an agent previously. (check your agent contract for details)
